We work with individuals one-on-one, tailoring our services to the needs of the person. In these coaching sessions, we build on present talent. We are often consulted when a manager, executive, or any individual for that matter, needs help in developing his/her full capacity. A highly skilled individual may have deep knowledge In a particular area but does not have the skills to manage people. There are others who can manage people, but get stuck in minutiae, rather than being able to see the scope of the project. Being able to manage priorities, knowing when to interfere in a discussion, learning to communicate with others to inspire them, managing for the long run – these are all skills we can help individuals build.
We sometimes engage in intensive sessions, or deep dives, that are tailored to the needs of the individual. These sessions are called Strategic Infusions. They can be an afternoon, or full days, spent exploring a particular topic. Depending on the interest of the client, they can be scheduled intermittently, or developed over a set time frame.
The purpose behind these Strategic Infusions is also personal. The program provides increased awareness and skill development on the topics or problems of interest to the client. If you are like most executives, ”you love what you do” but may now be overwhelmed, not knowing whether you and the company are aligned. But you also know that having an experienced business advisor who can validate your thinking, discuss key strategies with you and help you make better decisions, would be invaluable.
